J&B Travel, Hunters Coaches

Another Independent in Leeds, this one being one I recommend for private hire. J&B Hunters is the old company name, as now there are two companies, J&B Travel, and Hunters Coaches. They are run in joint ownership. Before entering the coach business, the company provided Leeds with public service and school runs, with Optional Bus.

The work place and yard for J&B Travel and Hunters is rented to other people. Whitfield Travel keep vehicles here, as do Advance Travel, Dragonflight Coachways and also Kidzone party bus.

The J&B Hunters deckers have a lot of history. They include 5 ex Maidstone & District MCW Metrobus MkII's, soon to be sold. They also are storing a Leyland/Roe Atlantean in preservation, KWY241V.
